Fontana FORMIELLO Organic White Wine Vinegar (500ml) is made in Naples, in the south of Italy, through the fermentation and the ageing of selected organic Italian grapes.

This vinegar is:

  • unpasteurised
  • unfiltered
  • with no added sulfites
  • rich in live enzymes making up the nutritious “mother”.

Packed in glass bottles with aluminium cap.

Good to know: Wine vinegar has a very old history in Italy where it has been prized since Roman times for its therapeutic properties and culinary uses.
