Ingredients
• Fontana Formiello Spaghetti: 320 g
• La Fonte Cherry Tomatoes: 500 g
• Pecorino Romano Cheese: 30 g – grated
• Basil: a few leaves
• Fresh Chili Pepper: ½
• Coppola Ogliarola Extra Virgin Olive Oil: 70 g
• Garlic: 1 clove
• Fine Salt: to taste
Method
Start by heating a pot of water to cook the pasta. Once the water is boiling, add a pinch of salt. Pour the extra virgin olive oil into a large pan, add the chopped chili pepper, peeled garlic, and sauté for about 3 minutes.
Then add the cherry tomatoes and salt and let them cook for about 10 minutes. Boil the spaghetti until they are al dente. Drain the spaghetti, finish the cooking process in the pan over medium-low heat, adding fresh basil leaves and grated cheese.
